The crema on this one is absolutely gorgeous, thick and caramel-colored even on a quick morning pull. It's become my go-to for a flat white, and I'm already on my second bag.

I’ve been pulling it as a daily shot and it holds its own in a cortado, consistent even when I switch up the grind size. Knowing it’s sometimes a rotating single-origin keeps things interesting without losing that solid espresso backbone.

The crema on this espresso is so thick and honey-colored, it makes my morning cortado look like a cafe ad. It’s rich and smooth without any bitterness, and I’m already on my second bag this month.
